Pretty spot on. I haven't seen or heard really anything from the Lodge. It is a bit strange that they don't push their social calendars, I feel like they are wasting an opportunity with their house. Fiji probably is above Theta Chi socially, but I think next year will be interesting. However, having a nice new house isn't going to automatically make them better, they're going to have to utilize their assets. Girls like spending time at the fiji house, its a nice house on the lake that theta chi doesn't have, so that will always be an advantage. But the new, and big, house will certainly help. Time will tell.
