A lot has changed with some frats, while others are in the same place basically. I’ve been to pretty much every frat so this is my best take, leave any suggestions below. Best: Fiji/Beta Bottom Top: SAE/Theta Chi/Pike (SAE might be even lower their parties suck, the guys are lowkey boring af, etc) Upper Mid: Phi Delt/Delt/AEPI (Phi Delt has made a massive jump in the past year and a half, they used to be not good but they’ve taken 3 rlly good, cute PC’s and parties are getting way more fun. Just need to throw more. Delt is on the rise too. Lower Mid: Lodge/Tke Bottom: Acacia/Sammy/ZBT
