Let’s be honest, Zeta is waaayyyy too new to even include in a rank. It takes time and 1 year is not enough to establish yourself. Maybe they had some socials last year but to give PNM’s perspective the top 5/6houses have 4 socials a week! Also, not having a house makes it a totally different experience for PNM’s. The other houses host sisterhood events and pledge class sleep overs, house wide meals, study sessions, etc. I don’t have anything against Zeta, but it’s critical that PNM’s understand the differences so they can make the best decision for themselves.
