The real reason the top frats and stats are where they are is because they repeatedly have upperclassman who remain active in their house. The mid to lower tier houses released her to thin out after sophomore year. That is the bottom line. That is why the tap houses continue to recruit the best of the best. If the mid or lower tier‘s really want to start competing with those tap houses in the upper classmen are going to really need to stay involved and keep their numbers up.
