Honestly don’t care one way or the other b/c recruitment requirements are the decision of the individual organization, but this is absolutely true. It’s APhis National recruitment policy. It became a big deal when an APhi at Michigan published it online. There’s now entire social media sites dedicated to trying to change it etc. Anyway, bottom line, I guess if you get invited back to APhi you can be secure in the knowledge that atleast you’ll have looks in common with your peers, if nothing else. 🤷🏼‍♀️
