A low tier sorority probably won't get many events with top frats. But, as far as just individual relationships and meeting people, guys don't really care at all compared to girls. I think an attractive girl with a good personality in a lower sorority would attract more attention than a less attractive and less fun girl from a top sorority. How you are individually matters a lot more, I don't think a guy would ever rule someone out as a friend or romantic interest solely because of the sorority they are in.
