pike is always a good time. they have some of the best tailgates, and their tailgates are personally my favorite. like theta chi, they also do not have a backyard and are not on the lake, so their tailgates take place in the front yard and on the side of the house, as well as inside. they have a really cool huge round front porch with these huge tall columns that's fun for tailgates and darties, but the rest of their house kinda sucks which is the main thing that's holding them back from moving up. their basement is tiny and carpeted and they never really have any decorations. the main floor of their house is fun but there's not a lot of room. they play some of the best music and their djs are some of the best. all of the guys i know are really fun and genuinely nice and they give off tough vibes. beta guys are kinda adorable. they are all so sweet and nice and really cute too. some of them seem kinda shy but they always look like they are having a good time. their abars are my favorite besides theta chi and their house parties are fun too. their abars are always insanely crowded. they have the coolest basement by far...there's neon murals all over the walls and they look sick under the black lights. their house overall is also really cool and their house is right on the lake. their tailgates are fun, but sometimes seem a little empty. delt i haven't been to as much as some of the others, but i've always had a good time there. the guys are like ridiculously nice and are pretty cute too. they have really fun house parties and there are always a ton of people that show up to them. their big room on the main floor of their house is cool and it overlooks the lake.
