I don’t know about UW’s chapter specifically, but I know a couple of girls who are A Phis at other schools who say it does happen. Not at every school, but definitely some. And some parts of that report are easily fact-checked. Like, yeah, an ELC named Jen helped the Michigan chapter with recruitment in 2016 (the year that PDF is supposedly about). She posted pics on her Instagram.
