i rushed as a soph and i say go for it! def keep an open mind bc like stated above some houses will prefer taking freshmen. reach out to anyone you already know in sororities at wisco bc they might be able to recommend u or talk u up during recruitment. u don't necessarily need rec letters but it'll help to make urself more memorable if some of the girls in a chapter already know who u are
