Most people consider them top house especially since DU isn't recognized right now. Their house is huge and on the lake. They definitely have the best gameday and throw down pretty hard the rest of the year. However, the greek scene is becoming a lot more level across the top and upper middle tier houses. I would definitely check them out but keep an open mind in case you don't click with the guys.
