Not sure I agree, based on my impressions (through looks, social standing and who's putting on a good rush) and those of my friends rushing, I think it's more like: Tier 1 -GPhi/Kappa Tier 2 -DG -AXO/Aphi (these 2 are interchangeable depending on who you ask, 1 is slightly more coastie vs Aphi being more Midwestern; very similar to the tier above and the differences between Kappa and GPhi)
