Ppl will tell you relax, have fun, it's a breeze etc but the truth is it's more competitive than you think, especially if you have your heart set on a house like Kappa. 75% of my Rush group last year really wanted that house and were crushed when they got cut. Just be prepared, unless you are gorgeous, wealthy (and I don't mean Upper middle class from the Midwest, I mean rich--like in NY or LA terms), sophisticated and well traveled, no matter how great you think your conversations go there, they won't be seriously considering you.
