Short answer: yes It's unlikely that a sorority will actually contact them. And some sororities don't count cousins in regards to legacies. I know mine doesn't. But it doesn't hurt to list them. I listed my relatives in sororities that aren't even on our campus (DZ and ADPi), just to show that I was familar with being Greek and being Greek was a priority in my family.
