common method is girls meet you, rank if they liked you, move on to the next round, meet more girls, rank them, so on and so forth. Highest ranked girls get put on the list for next round, girls no one wanted back get dropped, and girls who got mixed ranks are on the maybe list and probably get invited back. then at some point the chapter gtes together and lists all the PNMs left and whoever met them tells the chapter about them and then the ENTIRE chapter votes based on what what told about you. the end.
