It really depends on if you know someone in the sorority or not. Some have to do it because of numbers and panhel will release those names. Those are like a free for all. Some of the other ones do it but it's invitation only and very secretive so it helps if you know people in the chapter. Either way, you definitely want to know people in the chapter to get a head start over all the other girls going through.
