I really liked Tri Delta even though I ended up in a "top" sorority! The girls there are really genuine and welcoming to everyone. They might not be as outgoing or party as much with the hottest frat boys but they seem to have a great sisterhood. As for Theta, I only know a few girls but once again I'd say they focus more on sisterhood than partying. I know they really like hanging out with the pikes. They just aren't your typical sorority girls but they are so fun and kind. I think Tri Delt and Theta are lower middle tier.
