I'm involved with recruitment, and here are the sophomore #s that I saw submitted last year (to the best of my recollection): Gphi: 5 Kappa: 0 (this is as far as I know. They did have a transfer sophomore who was a Kappa at another school, so maybe that's where people are getting confused) DG: 4 AXO: 8 APhi: 11 (not sure about their Spring class since they did COB) PiPhi: 13 (+ 3 in their Spring class) Sorry, I'm not sure about the other houses, although I know that they all took sophomores in varying amounts. I even know of one in AEPhi, which is sorta notorious for not having sophomores in their pledge classes. I paid pretty close attention b/c I also rushed as a sophomore. There's really no stigma in taking sophomores. Some sophomores are girls who already knew girls in the greek system and have a lot of friends in a certain house. Others are unaffiliated sophomore transfers who might know girls from high school in certain houses. And some sophomores/transfers know no one---that was my situation. I still got my top choice of sorority. I don't think it's as detrimental to be a sophomore rushing as everyone thinks.
