Just say you dropped out because of bad timing, at that time it became clear you couldn't make a significant commitment but now you can, (make sure you say what it is if asked). So many people go through rush even sorority members who rank pnms don't know who was cut and not cut, since it's mutual selection they will just assume you cut them, but seriously no one will care.
