Both statements above are true. I say, pick the house that you feel is 'most' like you AND equally important pick the house that you think 'most' wants you! This way you are sure to get a bid from the right house instead of losing out by putting a top house who may have you ranked at the bottom of their list and now you end up with your bottom pick.
