Top - Rich parents, good looking, will always be "successful" because of those factors, but as a result, will have a naive mindset (ex. the girl who thought she was middle class because they only had a 2 million dollar house). Most people in this tier will be very confident (sometimes labeled douchebags) because they know what they have is desirable. These houses are most selective. You might find yourself unable to join because of financial issues. Middle - Balanced and diverse. However, because of the nature of this, there are a large number of frats in this "rank" and there's a lot of competition for the middle tier sororities. This leads to the bickering of who's top middle, middle middle, and bottom middle. Which frat is better than another will vary year by year. There will also be a wide range in types of brothers. Bottom - Most people in these frats probably didn't come into college thinking "I want to join greek life". Some kids in this tier are more "nerdy" and membership numbers of each house is usually smaller. This makes it hard for them to get a lot of mixers, if any, but also creates a tight knit brotherhood. People in these houses are generally more humble/friendlier so they probably wont turn you down if you want to join (also because they need numbers)
