Next year phi Psi will lose some of the large lead it held as top house. They are moving out of their perfect house and into a small dump out on Oxford where some people think bigger pike parties will outshine their smaller, more exclusive parties. With that being said, phi psi will retain their spot as top house. They are the best looking, best with girls, the best dressed, and the richest. The only knocks on them are being a little fake and a little dumb but those don't affect their popularity
