All of the too houses have problems and are slipping. Sae: girls can't even go to their house so I am confused as to why they are considered top. Have to throw stuff with theta chi to stay relevant. Phi psi: broke boys who can't throw parties.. Have to have conjoined stuff with tke. Also worst chapter house out of any frat on campus. Theta chi: so incredibly average. Literally no clue why they are top. Pike: very solid except rumored that they are losing their house which will be a huge blow. Fiji: last year I though Fiji was the only solid house and thought they would soon be top of top but literally recruited the worst pledge class. Everyone below them is slowly moving up but honest have the same caliber of guys. The only reason these hose are considered top of top is because they call themselves top of top. None of these house really have anything going for them.
