yeah i agree with everything until you said girls ALWAYS choose delta chi over chi psi, they are pretty much the same id say. also just to add i feel like theres the 'top' houses (that we all know by now) and the 'lower' houses but theres this weird area between them that includes the sigep/chiphi/dke tier. just thought that was worth mentioning.
