Frat Rush Guide 2024 Top Houses: Phi Delt, Aepi, Fiji, Pike, Sammy Phi Delt and Fiji are top houses and will be tough to get a bid at. Aepi most likely will not exist and has been investigated multiple times for hazing. Pike is a level below, but is slightly easier and Sammmy is slightly harder and likely only will have a fall pc. Good: Xi, Lamda, Dchi, Pikapp, Dsig All solid houses with strong brotherhoods, but are a step below the top. Everything else not worth rushing or are much smaller frats. Toxic: Asig and Phi Psi Both houses have been investigated multiple times for hazing and have tons of allegations associated with them. Would highly advise not rushing here.
