If you want to get technical... DSig, Snu, Fiji, OX, Phi Delt, and probably a lot more Being dry just means that your nationals wants you to be dry, but how strict your chapter is with it just depends on your alumni board. As you can see, some chapters are not strict with it whatsoever.
