Lots of dry frats either have a relatively good party house, or a separate part of their property for the parties (ie: the barn), but are any going to secure the zastle, since zeta won’t be there next year?? That would hands down be the best party house on campus. The zastle is the prettiest house, has the biggest yard, and has the best location. Would be an awesome frat house tbh.
