The Zeta house will be empty through their suspension or leased to another frat or sorority. It’s really up to their nationals. Their most recent pc might be able to join another sorority if they didn’t finish the pledge process. I think that’s the case, so some of them will probably do COB for Chi O, DG, KD, and Pi Phi, maybe GPhi. Some of them will probably have to formally rush again as sophomores if they don’t get COB. It’s a pretty bad situation for pc 21 and I feel bad for them. It’s sucks that the pc isnt getting much sympathy from others
