I smell something suspicious. when I rushed them, one of the brothers said their chapter house is dry, but not their other house. My guess is that it'll end up being their party house so that they can actually have events with alcohol and be "cool." They're a very mixed bunch, so I have a feeling lots of the "fratty guys" in beta really want this.
