That can happen to any chapter and very quickly. Only two bad recruitments and no amount of help from nationals can bring a group back. A lot of it has to do with Panhellenic too. Members of other chapters don't realize that Panhellenic is only as good as its bottom chapter. Talking badly about a group to the point where no one wants to join them and they close for numbers just makes a new weakest chapter. Then the cycle continues. Gamma Phi Beta is definitely the strongest contender here based on national strength, financial strength, big local alumn base and owning a house already.
