1. no, when a frat tells you to come back in the winter, they are just being nice. they do not actually expect you to come back and do not plan on bidding someone they already said no to 2. it depends on the frat and the year. it is probably a little easier, but not if you have already rushed the house. in that case, it's much harder 3. brothers pretend they aren't lookin, but they creep everyones Facebook and find out for themselves all about everyone decent so you dont need to do anything to stand out, if you are cool theyll find you 4. cool kids who will be able to get girls to the house/athletic 5. I would find a backup that you are seriously interested in and maybe a few reaches 6. understand the college is short and goes by quickly, dont waste it thinking youd have so much more fun in a certain house. stay in the house you got a bid, the grass is always greener
