Why is DKE considered "higher" than Phi Delt? The DKE Brothers I've met seem a lot more socially awkward and weird than the Phi Delt brothers I've met. Does Phi Delt mix with anything beyond the middle tier sororities such as skrappa, AXO, etc? How hard do they haze? Which other frats have similar personalities to Phi delt?
