I disagree. From my experience, kids stayed away from the top houses because they were either too intimidated or didn’t think it was worth their time. The houses that get the most traffic during rush are definitely the upper mid houses. Houses 4-8 (not gunna name houses for the sake of the rushes) were literally flooded during the first open houses. A few houses had over 600 guys come to their first open house. From what I’ve seen, those are the most competitive.
