Yes, Phi Mu was at Michigan at one point. I don't think it was any time recently, but I once met the ex-Executive Director of Phi Mu and she talked about how sad it is that the Phi Mu chapter at UMich isn't currently open. It does seem like Gamma Phi will be the first to get the extension offer, assuming their national organization wants it. It's a strong enough sorority and they have a chapter at MSU. They were the last to leave and did it voluntarily (numbers, not trouble). It'll be interesting to see how extension pans out, especially with AEPhi's house still way under capacity.
