As someone in a sorority who mixes with both frats I would definitely say sig chi. The guys are far nicer and have a good relationship with several sororities. The delt house is far from campus and the guys are too worried about hooking up w girls and social climbing. After sig chi gets pi phi as pgp they will be above delts in ranking anyway.
