They actually have had their charter this whole time but have been irrelevant enough that it will basically be like they're restarting. The Pike house was originally theirs. Just because you used to be top tier before you got canned has no bearing on your current status. Beta, ATO, LXA and dry delt were all top tier at some point but suck ass these days.
