They were kicked off two years ago because they merged with Sig (If you are a freshman and didn't know, Sig was an off-campus rogue chapter and the school has been really cracking down on rogue chapters). They still are recognized by their nationals but not by the school. As for when they will come back, probably never. They are eligible to reapply 4 years after being kicked off so fall 2019 they will be able to, but I guarantee you they won't be let back on. The school HATES Sig (and now DKE) and has bee trying to get rid of them for years
