Why is Phi Psi still considered top house above AEPi? Obviously Phi Psi and Theta Chi are still high up there in the top 3, but I think it is safe to say that AEPi has surpassed them in recent years. They are with Tridelt and they have th sandlot which is better than the pit, not to mention they just go harder in general.
