I can tell you for sure that Phi Alpha does not haze. (Honestly I don't think Phi Sigma Rho does either.) The haunted house thing was scripted for the show because one of the alums had a connection to the network and the network needed material, something like that. I admit it was entertaining to watch though. I can't really help with close comparisons between the two houses, but I do remember hearing about how years ago some Phi Sigma Rhos harassed Phi Alpha for supposedly using some of their symbols and the Phi Rho nickname (even though Phi Sigma Rho was years off from joining Panhel and they are not Panhel nationally, and the symbols weren't even exactly the same/nobody knew about the "Phi Rho" nickname, so it was stupid). As a result of it, though, the blood sister of a PSR affiliate found out about and then joined Phi Alpha!
