To be completely honest, it's really unlikely you'll get a bid. However, it's possible. I know a few people, only one or two though, who rushed as juniors and got a bid. The problem lies mostly in that you'll only be around for two years and national orgs as well as local chapters don't love that. Also consider for yourself you'll be in a pledge class of mostly freshmen, and the current juniors won't be around nearly as much so it would be hard to make friends with them. Unless it's your dream to be in a sorority, I'd say join clubs instead. But if you want to put in the time (think all of September) and the money then why not?
