Why wasn't money and financing discussed??? Weren't you tasked with doing due diligence? How did you know that the NPC organization was committed to our school and the success of the chapter if you didn't talk about MONEY???? I feel so completely sorry for these people that joined a house because it was supported by panhel and now it turns out panhel didn't do any due diligence on the financials and the extent of the commitment from the national? Who was your advisor? AOPII opens on average 6 houses a year and is simply rolling the dice with very little risk (also known as NO SKIN IN THE GAME) and low financial commitment to any individual chapter. I honestly think the poor ladies that joined AOPII should ask Michigan panhel to reimburse them for the excessive dues and other fees that the national imposed. Entire financial situation sounds totally shady to me and I wonder why nobody has either sued the national or michigan panhel for misrepresentation of material financial facts. If this situation were a street game it would be the traditional shell game. Shame on Michigan panhel for letting this happen to these ladies that joined in good faith. They depended on you to do your job and you obviously DID NOT!!!!!!!!!!!
