I think this info used to be on the panhel site for each of the chapters. I just checked but couldn't find it. Will go to the wayback and see if it is archived someplace. I've seen the info someplace...might have been in written form at time of recruitment. If I find it I will post it. You are smart to do research as joining is expensive and houses have different rules for living in/out and associated expenses. Makes difference to know what you are getting into financially.
