Nothing much you can do other can keep rushing different places. If you're too late this semester then do next semester and aim for mid tiers - most will take sophomores if they're cool enough. Also not saying you didn't but this is why you rush multiple fraternities and rush them all hard. Too many times people think they have an in with a frat and don't try at other open houses and then don't get a bid from their top pick and end up bidless.
