Shady (ADPhi) will be dead in a year. Zeta Psi is a decent fraternity from my perspective. Arguably ranked the highest of the three listed (not to say that's high), but that's probably the most "traditional" experience. Phi Sig is unique in that they're still new enough that they're sort of figuring things out, but at least have a decent social schedule. They just got their house back this semester. I'd look into either of those if you're still interested in fall rush and don't want to compete with the masses in winter.
