Douchey tall kids who are really cool freshman year. Wear mid calf socks with sperrys, blackhawks jerseys around Campus multiple times a week, flatbill hats, etc. They do all of the stuff associated with high school frat stars and are obsessed with starting fights (go to winterfest and you will know what I am talking about). After freshman/sophomore years, nobody really takes them seriously and a lot of them drop or just stop being active because they've grown up. Tl;Dr: Douchey guys who like to start fights. I.e. The exact same as every like chapter everywhere ever.
