I have a couple friends in ZBT. They have mixed with DG a few times, as well as SK and Deeph. The mixer with Phi did happen, it was just a sober philanthropy "mixer" because they had to hold it at the sorority house. They're obviously a new frat so they haven't built a huge reputation yet, but they're doing pretty well for only being a few months old. The guys I know are pretty chill as well. A few of the brothers are getting a house for next year that they'll host stuff at, and then they have TKE's house starting Fall 2017. Once they have a place to throw down and not just apartments like they've done so far this year, I really think they'll pick up some traction.
