Phi Sig is taking their house back from Delta Sig, the one near Alpha Sig. Delta Sig is moving into the temporary house that Delta Chi had this year. They are still looking for a permanent house. They used to own the house that DTD pregames at the corner of State and Hill a long time ago but they sold it. Either way, they don't have a permanent house
