I'm not even trying to argue for DKE or anything, but this really wasnt that different. Didnt DKE only take SIG's underclassmen? And SIG was not recognized by nationals or the university so technically those kids werent actually in a fraternity when they merged with DKE. They only got in trouble because IFC had recently instituted a special rule about mergers with rogue organizations after ZBT merged w/ TKE and Psi U merged w/ Alpha Sig. Those mergers would not be allowed to happen now due to a rule meant to prevent what theta basically just did. That is the point I was making. But no such rule exists in Panhell right now
