This is a different situation. The theta pledges were not initiated into the chapter so they did not establish themselves in as core sisters, nor did they have any say in chapter operations. AEPHI took most of the Theta Pledges only and NOT the former active sisters of Theta. What DKE did was take all the former members (that were active) of a fraternity that got kicked out and try to repackage themselves as DKE. That is why DKE was denied IFC recognition.
