Neither is- Kappa is stuck in 2008/2009 and AEPhi can't be top bc they're mosty Jappy girls and will alway be mostly jappy girls, so they're representative of a true, diverse sorority. Pi Phi is top, followed closely by Chi O, then Theta, AEPhi, and Kappa
