There are like rules on geography/Tulane and Loyola have an agreement that we cannot have the same sororities. They are literally right next door so it would be really weird if they did anyway like either theyd recruit the exact tame type of girls as is already joining on the other and like weirdly merge chapters (unlikely becasue tulane sororities typically think very poorly of theirs). Or it would create a weird rivalry between the two chapters that are right next door (aka horrible situation if you think about it -especially the opposite of what a sisterhood is supposed to be but obviously would happen)
